Wall Street Journal が、Google Drive という名のクラウド･ストレージ･サービスの立ち上げという、囁き続けてきたウワサを再燃させた。 そして、誰もが望むのは、Dropbox との比較である。そこで考えるべきことは、ユーザーが熟知し好んでいる Dropbox と同じ同期の機能を持った、Drive 対応のネイティブ･デスクトップと モバイル･アプリケーションをリリースすることで、広く支持されているスタートアップに対して、Google がチャレンジしていくということだ。
